Here at The Hale Retail Company, we're committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you'll enjoy using but we also recognize that sometimes you may you need to exchange or return something you've bought. We would politely request that you please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before you start to use the item(s).

If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason, or you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your contract within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Please get in touch with us and we will arrange for your goods to be collected. We cannot accept the return of any items after this period.

Please note - we predominantly sell bundle sets consisting multiple items. Where your order is a bundle set, your return must be the complete bundle set and not a part of, unless agreed in advance with The Retail Company Hale Ltd. Please note that any partial refund will be determined by the unique value of each item returned and not a pro rata per the total items in the order.

We may be able to offer a return service for your order. This is charged at £6 for orders under £130 and £12 for all orders above £130 and is either a one time collection from DPD or Royal Mail, or in some cases, a QR code for drop off at a local Post Office.  Please get in touch to discuss the options.

To return a product, it must be sent back in its "delivered" form and original packaging, undamaged and not tampered with in any way.   When re-packaging any goods, please keep plug guards on to prevent damage to the item, and see our packing slip for further instructions. Please include all accessories and inner packaging and ensure the items have not been used, such as the kettle boiled.  This will impact the refund provided.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

Please open and check your goods within 24 hours of receiving them and inform us of any damage immediately by emailing help@haleretail.co.uk. We will arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and for replacements to be delivered, or refunded, whichever you prefer.

All items are under warranty for a period of 12 months, and for a further 12 - 24 months with the manufacturer directly once the extended warranty has been registered.  Please retain a copy of your original order.

If a product you purchase develops a fault, please email us help@haleretail.co.uk at the earliest opportunity to explain the issue. We may request additional information or photographs and arrange either an inspection and repair, a collection and replacement of the part/item in question or a refund depending on the situation.

If we find that the product has developed a fault or damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear, we are under no obligation to replace the item or issue a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds are usually processed with 48 hours of goods received back, but please allow 7 days.  Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

Finally, please note that we do not ship outside of United Kingdom and any returns must be managed via a UK address.  Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before sending onwards to an address outside the UK, and that any warranty issue, or packing error, cannot be resolved where the goods are outside of the UK.
